Sales Manger (Shanghai)
Duties & Responsibilities the employee is expected to perform:
Position Description:
- Perform sales activities for QAD's Strategic Accounts opportunities and
to penetrate new customers. (including sales calls at executive level,
product demonstrations, general presentations, site surveys etc).
- Develop business partnering relationships with system integrators,
MFG/PRO distributors or third party software vendors for increasing market
penetration and sales to QAD.
- Keeping up to date with QAD products and industry trends is an important
aspect of the role.
- Understanding of the E-business market and being able to sell QAD's new
E-business products to the installed base.
- Account coordination for their multi-site rollout process. This may
include requests for quotation for additional sites or modules,
localization price quotations, coordination of QAD service delivery team
and/or subcontractors, system integrators for system implementation.
Qualification, skills and experience required:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years sales and account management experience in IT company,
especially in a multinational sales organization, with proven sales track
record.
- Good teamwork with internal colleague and external partners
- Matured communication & presentation skill with customers and senior
management
- Good English Skill
- Knowledge of MFG/PRO preferable, ERP industry knowledge essential
- Energetic and aggressive
- Multi-national company experience is preferred
- Willing to travel frequently
