QAD POSITION DESCRIPTION

Business Justification:
- Focus on co-ordination with large account in automotive industry to develop new business in Asia.
- From an industry expert viewpoint to provide suggestion and make long relationship with large accounts.
- To improve QAD coverage in Automotive industry in Asia and coordinate with sales to generate new business opportunities.
- Account management of certain specified named accounts, leveraging distributors / partners in solution selling activities in the Asia.
- Manage and grow Asia major accounts for multiple sites selling in Asia.
-  Works closely with the various groups at QAD Asia that participates in development activities.

  Position Description:
- Performs industry research and analysis to identify requirements for new business applications, or modifications to existing business applications.
- Perform billable work on Business Process Consulting associated to the work done on LOA.
- Assist account manager to execute HIP sales activities in Asia with coordinated sales effort with QAD global and Asiaal account team.
- Improve QAD coverage in Automotive industry in the Asia and coordinate with sales to generate new business opportunities.
- Provides leadership in resolving domain related solution issues. Acts as reference and central point for business application issues relating to automotive modules.
- Carry out solution design in automotive industry and presentation for new business. Collaborates with product managers and system/technical architects to determine product scope, as well as product context within the overall application.
- Monitors the design and implementation to ensure the product conforms to the QAD vision and team mission, as well as supports the business application requirements.
- Acts as a leader and actively participates in all LOA IVE process.
- Provides in-depth assistance to customers and sales executives during pre-sales discussions and responds to client’s questions and concerns.
- From an industry expert viewpoint to assist in the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales in identified industries/markets or over a range of established accounts.
- Provides application support and consulting support to companies in the pre or post sales process.

  Qualifications:
- In-depth operation knowledge and experience on Automotive industry.
- Good understanding of ERP system technology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, engineering or computer science.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in a consulting firm or software company.
- Professional appearance and presentation required. 
- Expert analytical and design skills across multiple products and/or business domains.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Current knowledge of business practices and ERP system requirements in automotive industries.
